AZMIN CRM Backup — Privacy

This is the private CRM and backup application operated by AZMIN DIGITAL. Access to agency records requires an authorized account.

CRM records

The CRM stores agency business records, including client and reseller contact information, quotations, invoices, receipts, service and renewal details, vendor costs, work progress and audit history. The hosted application uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for its database and account authentication.

Google Drive connection

Google Drive access is optional. With your consent, the application uses the drive.file permission to create and manage backup files and folders it creates or that you explicitly select for this application. It does not request access to all files in your Drive.

The application encrypts CRM recovery packages before uploading them to a private backup folder in your Google Drive. A package includes CRM records and supported audit and operational history. Server credentials, Google authorization tokens and account passwords are not included in the recovery package. Keep your recovery passphrase separately; it is needed to decrypt a backup.

Authorization and retention

Google authorization credentials are stored encrypted in the CRM database for scheduled uploads. Backup files remain in your Drive until you remove them. Older copies are retained so that an earlier version can be recovered. Issued financial and audit records are retained by the CRM to preserve business history.

You can turn off daily backups in Backup & Recovery and revoke the application’s Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not delete existing backup files. You control removal of those copies from Drive.

Purpose and contact
